Can I change the size, color or product on my unfulfilled order?
We try our best to accommodate all requests. However, since the products are made-to-order especially for you, changes need to be considered on case by case basis. We recommend you contact Customer Service to find out if production has started on your items.
Depending on the timing of the changes, your revised order could be shipped with the same batch as your original order, or it will be added to the next production batch.
